After attracting more than 5,000 runners last year, the popular “One Piece Run” fun run will return to Okinawa Prefecture on March 19.

An after-party featuring voice actors and musicians related to the pirate manga and anime franchise will also be held.

Originally held in Taiwan in May 2015, the Japanese edition was hosted on March 20 last year in the nation’s southernmost prefecture surrounded by coral seas.

The 5.5-kilometer race will take place at a special site in Chatan, whose course will include “One Piece”-themed decorations and attractions for participants to take pictures.

Live music and speaking events will be held after the race, featuring Mayumi Tanaka (the voice of Luffy) and Kappei Yamaguchi (Usopp), as well as musicians including Hiroshi Kitadani, Maki Otsuki and pop music duo D-51.

Those who register by Jan. 31 can choose the size of an original T-shirt that will be given to all participants. Regular registration will be open from Feb. 1 through March 17.

Tickets are 5,800 yen ($50), including tax, for adults (junior high school students or older) and 4,800 yen for elementary school students.
