Fujitsu Ltd.'s Mie Plant in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture (Ryo Inoue)
Fujitsu Ltd. has entered negotiations to sell its semiconductor factory in Kuwana, Mie Prefecture, to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), the world's largest contract chip maker, sources said.
